Me and my boyfriend had a one night stay here! hotel was beautiful and breakfast was really tasty. Kate was really helpful and polite when we had a slight issue with our room, nothing was too much trouble! She even helped move our stuff to another room!
We had a wonderful overnight stay at this beautiful location. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming from the moment we arrived. We enjoyed a delicious meal on arrival, which was a lovely start to our stay. Breakfast the next morning was superb, with plenty of choice and great quality. Even though it was New Year’s Eve, the room was peaceful and quiet, allowing us to have a really relaxing night’s sleep. We couldn’t fault our experience and would 100% recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable, enjoyable stay. We would happily return!
Went to a conference here and stayed at the hotel for a couple of nights with my wife. Comfortable enough. Rooms were not the cleanest. Cobwebs on the ceiling etc. Good to have a bath and the shower was awesome too. The communal areas are really nice. Didn't test out the pool etc.
Absolutely beautiful hotel, bed was so comfortable it’s got everything you need. Pool and steam room was so amazing and the staff was incredible. me and my boyfriend got a deep tissue massage and it was out of the world. 100% worth it, loved my stay.
Nice hotel. Expect to pay an extra £25 to get in your room a little earlier. Very nice room with good sized en-suite. Weekend spoiled by children crying and shouting in the corridors. I would expect the management to plan better by putting those booking in for a romantic valentines weekend away from the family rooms.
We stayed for an Evangelists' Conference with the Rev Canon J John, with international speakers. The staff, rooms and food were fantastic. There is a spacious bar and a small gym. A very enjoyable stay.
Had a lovely spa day experience here. Staff were very friendly and attentive, facilities are great, well presented and clean. A bit crowded in the morning with some kids but they left at 11am (Sunday), it was pretty relaxing after. Many thanks again to Libby, her massage was great, managed to release a lot of knots and tension.
Great stay again at Chesford. We had a standard room which was very good. Breakfast was excellent. Bar area was great and enjoyed chilling in there, however was very busy on first evening due to a police cadet event, not an issue though. Staff were very good, main interaction being with bar team, Mia being particularly helpful and attentive. Location is brilliant for us with easy access to surround areas, national trust sites etc.
